Puppies

When your dog has puppies, what do you do? Here are some tips on how to train your dog.
1. To get your puppy housebroken, when it starts to go on your carpet, carry it outside quickly.
2. Get the dog used to its name. The first few days, don't call it other names besides its own. That will confuse the puppy.
3. To train your puppy, train in a quiet area with treats and a leash.
4. When training, use hand signals and your voice. It will get the puppy used to both, and it seems to work well for training.
5. To train your puppy how to walk on a leash, keep the dog right at your heels and make sure it stays on the sidewalk. After a while, the puppy will keep at your pace.
6. To get the puppy familiar with you, keep playing with it. Eventually, the puppy will learn your name.
7. Stay calm with your puppy. It will frustrate you, but stay at a soft tone.
8. When you start the command "no", say it firmly but not to loud.

Weird Mixes

The weirdest dog mix I've seen before is the Bassett Hound Yorshire Terrier Mix. Send me a comment if you have a weird mix you want to be posted up.
Here's a new one, a poodle and a pug. A puggle. How strange. Thanks Glenn!!
Here's another one, a Golden Retriever and a Beagle. What would that be? A Geagle? A Betriever? Thanks Anna!!

Dog Breeds

There are hundreds of dog breeds, but my personal favorites are the Yorshire Terrier, the Beagle, the Jack Russell, and, of course, my dog, Molly. She is a Shih-Tzu Poodle mix, and she's very cuddly and soft. Please tell me your favorite dog breeds and I'll post them up.
